Work was satisfactory except that repair Technician did not fully connect the element holding bracket. This was not discovered until Technician had left.

There is no way, that i could find,to reach a live person. Everything is automated at each phone number. The first visit was scheduled 1p-5p. Then canceled by technician at 3p and rescheduled for 2 days later at 1p-5p. When I checked the time tracker. It said 7-8p. There was no one to call to complain to. I read many other reviews about sears canceling multiple times. I dont want to say bad things about the actual repair man. But the company sucks.

Not being able to speak with an actual person is really bad when you make the appointment. I had to pay $140 dollars for something I already new was wrong. Not being able to just order marked up parts (so you can make some profit too) is really bad. No problems with Valdemar though. My problem is with your process. Im out $140 dollars, and got a $1400 estimate to fix a microwave door. Not happy

The technician was fine. The only thing I wasn't pleased with is the fact that they didn't verify that the part had been delivered to my house when he returned to put it in. I had to wait and additional six more days to get my oven fixed, which really irritated me!
