Quick and no nonsense

Mitchell was very direct and no nonsense when it came to getting our oven repaired. The first time he came out he diagnosed it and ordered the parts, we received them, and he came out and replaced/repaired what was needed. Very focused and professional.

The only problem is the update about arrival time was way off. First it said 11:30 and then it changed to 2:30 and he actually came at 10:00. What is the point of this update if it is so wrong. Some of us like to plan our days. The service itself however was great.

Fine service. He didn't do anything to make ice maker work. I wish he had equipment to install part for ice maker instead had to wait until next week to have someone else install part.

Mark did a great job. However, not being able to communicate with anyone at the company is a problem. Everything is automatic and the online message requests went unanswered. Two problems: a part was delayed and their was no way to track it's status so a rescheduled appointment was guesswork. The 8AM to 5PM service window should at least be able to be narrowed the night before or first thing in the morning of the service.
