The service technician, Scott reached out to me earlier in the day, to plan his arrival, and to discuss the issue. He arrived, assess the issue and presented us with an offer for a repair. We have chosen to wait on this repair as we are doing a remodel. However, the technician advised us of all options and gave us confidence in your organization.

Our experience with Mark was just fine. My only ding, and this is not on Mark, is that Sears should be able to give me a tighter window than an entire day. Most places at least can say between 8-1 or 1-5. The minute you all knew where I was on the schedule, I should have been given a tighter window. That doesn't seem like too much to ask.

Knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately realized the service call was not set up correctly. It should have been a warranty call with the oven covered. Had to make another appointment and I believe your customer service rep has gotten the upcoimg appointment set up accurately.
