Bronco is the best service person I have ever used ! He is the epitome of all one could want from a service worker: alerted me of his imminent arrival then promptly arrived his neat and professional appearance and quiet but friendly personality instantly put me at ease and I felt so comfortable with him in my home he worked quickly and nicely explained everything he treated me and my home with respect For future needs I will definitely use Sears Repair and ask for Bronco by name and wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. I am so happy with my experience. Sears is fortunate to have such a great employee. Thank you Bronco !

Jesus came out to do maintenance and repair on our stove. There was a problem getting access to the stove because of corrosion. But he doggedly worked to get access to make the repair, and fixed the corrosion in the process. Bravo!
