My initial experience was not good.my oven was down from 7/20 and the initial diagnosis was incorrect which caused a delay. The part ordered was incorrectly delivered and returned back to the sender. The repair was rescheduled again and assigned to James. He phoned to ask if I had the repair part. I did not & he said he would check it out to see what the problem was. He phoned several hrs later to tell me he had to pick up the part and would arrive shortly. James arrived & immediately set out to complete the repairs. He worked very diligently and efficiently repaired my oven in less than an hour. He performed excellently and was very professional and very courteous.
