Swift service
With such a busy schedule it was imperative that the oven was fixed as quick as possible. Not only did my tech show up on time but also had the art in the van to fix it immediately.

Although Yariel was friendly and knowledgeable, he was unable to find the replacement for the knob to turn on the lower oven. He was only able to check it out using pliers. Either Cinch needs to find a replacement knob or replace the entire unit, as specified in our contract.
