Ricardo was excellent!!! But my experience with Sears trying to get a technician was horrible!!!! It took us from June 27 until August 11th. The phone automation is the worst and very frustrating when trying to resolve problems. If home services does not address this issue you will be out of business soon.

It took a number of trips to our home to repair our microwave (which is a built in microwave/oven). These repairs covered a two month period. The scheduling with Sears is very frustrating, we were always put at the end of the route which required someone being home all day. Travis always advocated for us and did what he could to help with scheduling which was out of his control. He was always pleasant and made us feel like we were an important customer. That's the only thing that made this process worth it. I'd definitely recommend Travis as a technician of choice.
