Although he had to deliver the bad news that my 19 year old stove couldn't be fixed, he did a thorough job testing to confirm. But he was especially nice and swept the broken glass and dust under my stove.

Abdul greeted my dog and children with a smile even though he had just driven through a thunderstorm to get to my home and arrived at 5:30. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and entertained my children who wanted to watch. He even gave them little jobs to help. Then he was quickly on his way.
