Colin was on time. Quickly diagnosed the issue, then installed a new oven igniter. He checked to make certain it now functions properly. Then Colin sold me on an extended warranty for all my home appliances. If necessary, I look forward to working with Colin again.

After waiting 3 months due to not having the parts, then ordering them, they arrived, scheduled a return visit, but was told the wrong part arrived, then reordering, then those arrived, then scheduling a 3rd visit for a tech and another helper, finally the oven got repaired! Sears Home Warranty was frustrating to work with but the techs did a great job in the end.

Stop using Sears. Your system makes it very hard to get a person to help me. Your website is just as bad. I have tried to use the website at least 8 times over the last 3 years. I was able to make a repair appointment once. You win I'm going to try another company.
