Mohammad contacted me before coming, showed up exactly on time, quickly confirmed the diagnosis of the problem, and solved the problem. And tho' I'm sure he's expected to try to sell me on the home warrantee, he didn't push it once I made it clear *once again* that I was *not* interested. He even made sure I got a discount for having yesterday's appointment cancelled. Overall, I'm once again very pleased with Sears' Home Service.
