victor did an excellent job, communication was excellent , he kept me informed and sears did a great job of letting me know when parts were coming and when the service techs would be there. definitely would use them again all around great service.

The technician is efficient and knowledgeable. However, the system of communication is less desirable because you never speak to a human. Most of the time that's not a problem. But what if you need to speak with someone?
