William came in and did an assessment to determine the problem. I had to wait a week for parts to be delivered; although he was not timely on the 2nd appointment, got the job done within the same day. Very courteous and knowledgable

Dale did an awesome, including calling ahead to let me know when he expected to get to our house. Sears Home Services had already shipped the needed part to our home. Dale installed the part, checked to make sure all was functioning as it should, and was on his way to his next appointment.
