Ray did a great job troubleshooting our wall oven. He had to come twice since he needed a second man to get oven out of wall. He communicated well either us even when management wouldn't give him another man and I was able to let him know I would be home and would help him. He took his time trying to find what where burning smells wa coming from. After not finding it and testing it extensively, we were satisfied that smell must have come from somewhere else. Great job Ray and such a nice guy.

My oven stopped workign right after Christmas (thankfully we got through the holiday!). I scheduled a service call on line, one was available the next day. The technician was unable to fix the repair and repairs would have been about the cost of a new oven. He was thorough, personable, helped answer my questions about new models, suggestions for how to think about replacement, etc. This is the second time I have booked Sears Home Services on line and I was very pleased with my experience.
