Original problem was the light wouldn't turn off in the oven. Two visits and unresolved parts quest, and my service request was deleted. Third visit determined that the utility light bulb needed replacing and the problem was solved. I was 3 months without an oven. Draw your own conclusions.

Muhammad showed great understanding and expertise in working with the wall oven. He adjusted the gas level and checked for any gas leaks with a very sensitive instrument. He came prepared to make sure that everything was working properly and reassured us that the oven is working correctly. I would certainly recommend him for anyone who has a similar job.
