Great Service with Karl!
I think he was the best. He figured out the problem pretty quickly. Then he proceeded to check out my stove to see if it was in need of anything else. So thorough. He even allowed me to clean underneath once he took it apart, and even helped me with it too. I was very impressed. Very accommodating gentleman, very efficient, and very pleasant. It's worth the money, if we're going to get good service like this. Thank you, Darlene Riva.

Repair Technicians were great. The only complaint I have is the charge for the part was more than $300 over price of Sears Parts Direct. Same company as Sears Home Services.
