Donald is the best tech I've had from Sears
Donald is pleasant and goes above and beyond to take care of the problem. He fixed my wall oven by replacing a thermal fuse, but later I got a power failure message on it. He. Came back a couple days later and did another thorough inspection, and even checked my connections at the breaker box , because my oven displays this power failure message randomly. He told me that the oven is fine but told me some other things to have checked. He is very pleasant, takes care with my property and if I could request him for future repairs, I definitely would .

He did a very good job of testing my problems. Unfortunately, the nearly silent beeper was just the way the appliance was built, not anything fixable. GE should change this!
