Grant arrived promptly and was able to diagnosis the problem within a few minutes on our LG oven. David went right to work to assess the problem with my wall oven. After about 15 minutes he informed me that there was no electricity to the oven. He double-checked all the circuit breakers and worked with me to find the problem. When he said the second "Generic" box down in the basement was not "lit" I asked him to show me what he was referring to so we went downstairs to take a look. When I saw what he was talking about I said I would call my Generic contact to see what he said. Dave said he would wait to see what the technician would say. When I told the Generic technician about the box he said he would need to come out to fix it and it sounded like a problem with the load adjuster. I was very impressed that David wanted to stay to find out the outcome of the call and to be sure there wasn't something he could do to fix it. He didn't say -" well whatever it is you'll have to take care of it" and then leave. This was very exceptional and unlike soooo many service calls these days. David is a superstar service provider in the greatest sense of the term. He gets an A plus star...A +*. Job was very respectful of our home. He protected the floor while taking off the oven door, placing it on a blanket. He carefully pulled out the oven onto a dolly and repaired the defective parts. Job is a very personable, respectful person and does a great job. I wish you would care enough to want your automated voice system reviewed. You really need to update that horrible system.
