However, the service beforehand was terrible. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Friday where the technician didn't show up at all, not even a call to tell me he wasn't coming. I tried to contact someone online with no success and eventually got in touch with someone on the phone to schedule for Wednesday. Mid day on Wednesday I got notified that the technician had to cancel. After another phone call, someone said they would send someone out today. Finally. Bad customer service.
