Cliff is excellent! His work on each of my appliances was excellent!! He is very knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, nice, polite, and patient! He answered all of my many questions kindly and completely! I wrote an evaluation and sent it. I didn't realize that I was to write an evaluation for each of my 6 appliances. So I will do that now.
