Stove inspection
He was thorough and friendly. The cost to have the stove repaired was just too much for a 25 year old appliance.

Brett was great! He came made an assessment and got to work! The only thing that I think could be better is the app or the website. I confirmed my appointment several times and yet you had the wrong name and address listed for our house. Other than that everything worked out great and my oven is back to working!

Donny did a great job on the troubleshooting and repair of our gas stove. Additionally, he was super nice and patient with me. I tend to ask lots of questions and try to learn how things work when my things are being repaired. He was awesome!

Rafael was very professional and courteous. He explained that the oven circuit board was burned out and needed to be replaced. He informed me of the total cost to replace part plus labor. I told him I think about either replacing the part or buying a new oven.

Jon, was flexible in scheduling service same day. He was able to ask a couple fact finding questions and came prepared with parts. He officially diagnosed the issue once he opened the oven up extremely quick. Jon had the ignitor fixed in minutes. Thanks, Jon. Time to make cup cakes!!
