Robert did a good job fixing the oven, my only complaint is it shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a tech out here to fix it. Not when the parts were here in 3 days. We rescheduled for the 20th and an hour after our job was scheduled we were canceled with no explanation. Very disappointed from that point.

Justin was prompt about being here when he said he would. He done an outstanding job fixen our stove top. He cleaned up after his installation. He was very nice young man. His customer service is top notch. He explain what happened that was the cause of the crack that come up in the stove top to us. And that it was no fault of ours that it cracked. Which we done knew that we didn't cause it. We had alot better experience with your service tech than we did with your customer service people we had to deal with when we made our first call to turn this situation in. But the last young man we got done a great job at getting it schedule for Justin to come out and fix it. And he also got the replacement part delivered to us asap. Thanks to him also. We love this stove and are very pleased it has been fixed so we can begin to use it once again. Thanks
