Great technician, lousy procurement systems
Herb made 4 trips here to repair an oven, only to discover the part he attempted to order multiple times is no longer manufactured by Electrolux so the system automatically changed it to a different part. Herb made sure to give us a 100% refund, and truly was disappointed we had to go through this experience over the past 4-5 weeks. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated with the procurement system, and the entire Sears customer service experience. I attempted multiple times over this time period to talk to a human being. Each time, I was transferred and/or on hold for 15-40 minutes. And here I sit, still with a non-working oven! I am planning to buy the part on my own and have it installed by a local technician. Never again will I call Sears Home Services!

I spent 22 years in customer service and sales and I can tell you Tony. It was probably one of the best service providers that I've met and I can't even tell you how long. He answered all of my questions, provided options and went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed and wanted. I'm getting ready to make another appointment and I hope that I'm fortunate enough to have him is the service provider.

Charles arrived during the scheduled time frame and after asking a few questions he thought he knew the reason the oven was not heating. After testing the range bake element his assumption was proven correct. Extremely knowledgeable and deserving of his 5 star rating.

Francisco was an A+++ star technician... he diagnosed the problem remotely and was very efficient with his recommendations and thorough with his next steps. Very professional compared to other appliance technicians that just want to stretch the problem out by ordering parts and scheduling repeat return visits.
