Respectful, Knowledgeable
I very much enjoyed our experience meeting our serviceman, Mitch. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product he was here to repair. However, my oven needed parts that unfortunately were no longer available. He was very friendly. Over all, I'd have to say my experience with my service was very stress free. Thank you!

Sear's serviceman Ray J quickly accessed the reason the oven wasn't working and was able to repair the problem easily. He tested the oven to make sure it was working before leaving. He had also called prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way which I appreciated.

My technician called ahead of my appointment to give me a time of arrival. He arrived at the time he said he would. He diagnosed my issue and let me know what was needing to be fixed. He offered several options for repair. Very informative. I appreciate the promptness and the honesty. I didn't feel pressured to choose any particular repair option. Great technician!

Tyrone was very good about communicating both before he got here and after he arrived, esp. considering the long queue of clients he had for the day. I still have serious misgivings about the cost for the repair is the same as replacement, and we're going with replacement. Not sure why replacing a motherboard isn't possible for any less than replacement and why it's needed if the cooktop is working properly, and it's only the oven that's a problem. But I am sure Tyrone was following the guidelines of the company, so I don't consider this his responsibility.
