Tech was excellent. Your automated system does not know what is involved for each job, only a human does. When you overload a tech, they will be late. Your scheduling needs to be revamped, and the endless emails and texts need to stop.

The Repairman explained the issue with our microwave to us in language we could understand. He was able to offer a temporary fix until our Home Warranty Company decide on an viable solution. Grateful to have the appliance while we wait!

The tech came on and quickly identified the problem, quoted me all the costs, and gave me my options. I gave him my decision and he fixed the problem, which was the ignition unit, in less than an hour. My only complaint was that the could have updated me a little better, with a time estimate S to where I was in the queue. The messages they did send out were pretty meaningless.
