technician Kym was excellent. She explained everything. She replaced the 2 parts that had been ordered. Unfortunately, within a few minutes after she departed, the oven began giving the F35 code. I hit cancel on the oven and then it returned. I shut the power down for a few hours. Code F22 then appeared. After cancelling again, F35 showed up. I reported the problem and another appt was scheduled.

Ray, was excellent in diagnosing the problems getting the correct parts ordered. He then set up his return and installed the two new parts and was done within 30 minutes and now we have a working microwave again.

Technician kept in touch during the day, and when he got here, he explained everything that he was doing and showed me the part that had gone bad on the microwave, and also gave me some tips on keeping it healthy. Very professional and friendly!
