Because of the scheduling process with Sears Home Services, I was expecting an incompetent repair person. I was wrong. John was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and fully explained what the problem was with our built in oven. Unfortunately, it was electrical and he was not able to repair it. But he returned the oven to its cabinet and cleaned the area before he left. Very pleased with his service and work.

I called Sears to come out and repair my oven as it wasn't keeping a consistent temperature. Bill was super helpful and patient discussing the potential problems and competing the repair. I appreciate that he went to the most simple solution first and did not try to sell me on some major problem. Was very impressed with his experience and knowledge. Thanks Bill!!

technician Kym was excellent. She explained everything. She replaced the 2 parts that had been ordered. Unfortunately, within a few minutes after she departed, the oven began giving the F35 code. I hit cancel on the oven and then it returned. I shut the power down for a few hours. Code F22 then appeared. After cancelling again, F35 showed up. I reported the problem and another appt was scheduled.
