Matt was great! Very professional knowledgeable and thorough! The servicemen I spoke with were all great. Scheduling communication from A&E was horrible. They need to improve, it took 3 full days for me to finally get my repair completed. That was not Matt's fault, just the corporate process

Brent was unable to provide service because parts to repair were unavailable. He was able to talk to warranty department and explain things to me that no one else bothered to do. Original service call was Aug.25 and to date, microwave is not repaired, Brent was well mannered and sympathetic to my needs but I am not happy how entire process has gone.
