The service person completed the part installation accurately and fast. The whole sears system frustrated me when I could not reach a live person to reschedule after the second appointment was cancelled because partners nit arrive on time.

When Matt came initiallyhe explained that the part needed to be ordered. He was transparent about the price, came back today with a new "tech in ,training".He showed him some safety pointers as he did so. Always patient as he did so.
