Michael was very thorough with the analysis of the oven issue. Unfortunately for both of us, repair parts were not available for this oven even though it is only 5 years old. He spent a good amount of time looking for the needed parts but was unsuccessful. I give him a good rating because he knew what he was doing. I just wish that Samsung was better with parts inventory on something that is not that old.

Ray was fantastic; I've had quite a few repairs lately, as I have recently gotten a home warranty service, and they do the scheduling. Ray exceeded all other recent techs, and frankly renewed my faith in SEARS, and it needed to be renewed! Thanks Ray!!
