today STEVEN REPAIRED MY OVEN IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY NICE. YESTERDAY HOWEVER WAS MY DATE FOR REPAIR WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND NO ONE SHOWED UP , NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND WITH YOUR COMPANY

Mitch did our oven. He had to come back twice because someone in the office had ordered the wrong part to begin with. Mitch is quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He's my favorite tech of all of the ones Sears has.
