Eliseo was very professional, infornmative, and efficient. He had to call for assistance to help get my oven out but that wait was not very long at all. I didnt catch the others guys name but he came on in and they both executed the job. Highly recommend them.

We made the mistake of calling a competitor first. Three months later we called A&E. Mike came out identified the problem ordered the part told us when it would arrive and he would be back in one week to install it. It happened exactly as he said it would! He was prompt, helpful, and quick! We hope we do not need A&E again, but if we do, we will ask for Mike!
