Brian was great, everything else was awful. From getting rescheduled multiple times by the AI, to it taking over a month to receive the ordered parts I'm extremely disappointed in the experience I've had. I might have been able to get the issues resolved sooner, but there was no way for me to reach an actual human, I just kept getting stuck in a loop with the AI. This entire experience was super frustrating and makes me not want to deal with sears anymore. Not having a way to speak to an agent and explain an issue that the AI is not programmed to handle.

I've had Kris assigned to service us for many years. A man of many talents. This time he was here to replace the main oven's lower level heating element on a 30" slide in Bosch Dual Fuel Range. This range does not make removal and replacement of this element it an easy job. But Kris knew exactly what needed to be done and had it replaced and tested in a little more than an hour. I was horrified at the look of the literally burnt up element. I was lucky to have avoided a house fire. The electrical element came out literally broken in pieces!!! He made sure the new element preheated and operated on both regular and convection selections. I'll use Sears again this spring for our usual Lawn Tractor maintenance and blade change. Thank You Sears. I can always count on you to take care of us.
