Great and friendly service. Sears team knew exactly what the issue was without tearing apart my bottom oven. Parts were ordered l, delivered and only took 15min tops to get it back working.

Our exterior oven door broken by dog; Erick arrived, measured, had us order the proper part. After the part arrived by mail at our home, Sears assigned Erick to replace.  both days communication was great about his arrival time. He performed the work in a professional manner.
