Once again a helpful and very pleasant person who has been with Sears for some time, as have I, almost 18 years I think. Jev saw what seemed an obvious problem and remedied it with dispatch. The problem simply did not display all issues and we both thought it was fixed. Not so and I will be perfectly happy to have Jev back to check it out again. Sears has always had service staff who made one feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Thank you, Doris Jaynes
