Great service
Steven called before showing up to give a rough estimate time he would arrive, he also called 45 minutes before to let me know a more appropriate time frame. He arrived and was very professional. Took his time to check out what was wrong with the microwave and walked me through the next steps.

The technician that came and repaired my oven was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very polite. However, Sears service is horrible. I sat at home waiting for an entire day yesterday for no technician to come nor any communication that they weren't coming. When I contacted Sears the person I talked to set up my service for the following day guaranteeing that I would be priority and the technician would be told to come first thing at 8 am. This turned out to be untrue and the technician came at 230 pm and was unaware of needing to come in the morning. Get yourselves together Sears!
