Mr. Robert came out to repair my microwave. The first time he came he had to order a part. The second time he came he replaced the part; however, the microwave still did not work. He advised me that the control panel was not working and it is not made anymore. He let me know that I would hear from the warranty company to explain the next steps. Mr. Robert was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and arrived as promised.

John came a few days ago. Looked at our oven problem, ordered a part and was to return in 2 weeks to put the new part in. The part arrived yesterday and he had a full day and still arrived at 8pm today to fix the oven. Heats up great! Thanks John!

Waiting 58 days to replace a fuse on a microwave, plus having the wrong parts shipped, and canceling the appointments twice is not acceptable, but Robert the technician was great. He explained very well, what exactly happened , and order the right part.
