Alexander & the 2 trainees arrived & after just a few minutes of testing, he recognized the problem with the microwave oven & corrected it. He was so very well informed & explained what tests he was performing to the trainees and to us as he worked. He was most cordial & we hope that he will return should ever have another problem in the future.

Don was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My ovens seem to have a consistency issue with the problems I am having and I hope the recalibration Don performed will fix it. Time will tell. I would highly recommend Don as a service technician.
