Phillip did a great job at quickly identifying the problem and was so patient with all my questions. He has so much great information above just fixing my oven (which he did), I feel like I learned some very useful life skills!

Our oven was locked shut after my wife used the self cleaning feature. The 1st technician barely worked on it, did not even take it out of the wall and said it was the thermostat, so he ordered a new one. It came and the next week Warren came out and did thoroughly test. He determined that it was a blown fuse, not the thermostat. So he had to order a fuse and schedule visit #3. Warren was excellent, courteous, thorough and professional. We could have skipped a repair call and had a working oven 2 weeks earlier if Warren would have been the first technician dispatched. We were billed around $130 for a thermostat we did not actually need replaced and were out of service an additional 2 weeks because the first tech did not take the unit out if the wall and actually check the thermostat like Warren did. My wife preorders Home Chef meals, most of which really require an oven. So we have tried to make the best of it when they arrived and we had no oven to cook them in. Having previously been a telecommunications field tech before retiring, I recognize and appreciate a technician like Warren who thoroughly tested, ordered the proper part and got my wife's oven operational again. The first repairman dispatched was 0-3. Warren salvaged me as a future Sears customer.
