Erick was so kind, patient, and helpful. He worked with us three times to figure out what was wrong with our oven, and was very helpful when it came to refunding us for the efforts that didn't work out.

Kent knew right away what repair was needed, secured the part, and repaired my Whirlpool oven in a timely manner. He did an excellent job, was so pleasant, rescheduled a service job for my refrigerator 's ice maker, and arrived right on time at 8 am. He was so pleasant and communicated so well to help me understand what had to be done. He was so pleasant.

Michael is the repairman assigned to fix the oven, and he did diagnose the problem on first visit, reinstalled oven, ordered parts; and when the parts arrived he returned to fix the oven although one of the GE parts was damaged he made do so the oven works. Nice to have an oven again. However after he left we noticed the oven was not reinstalled square or flush in the spot so it does not line up with the frame and microwave above. I called him but he said to get the appointment through Sears. Thank you and let me know when the appointment can be scheduled.

I'm more than pleased to say Yugen was very professional, patient and polite. The task took longer than expected, and he never complained, or threatened to leave. He said, "don't worry, I will get it fixed, I want to make sure you're happy!". Whenever I need service or repairs to my appliances, I will always request Yugen as my service repair person. I rate his service a 100!! Thank you Yugen - YOU'RE THE BEST!!

A mouse had been fried when it got into the area with the computer board. Warren was awesome! He was filling in for Jordan. It didn't take him long to fix my oven. Made me very happy.
