Jerico's presentation of knowing what the issue was that previous techs did not even think of: 1- right off the bat he knew what the issue was - the controller not the circuit board 2- was very pleasant and communicated to AHS that this General Electric Oven was still under warranty.....costs were to assumed by GE... 3- told me parts would be delivered via UPS ground and that he would send date and time for the installation of these needed parts 4- hopefully by the end of the 1st week of August I will be having a working double oven.......... Thank you AHS for sending Sears tech, Jerico to analyze immediately the issue and get the job done. Patricia A Cahoon
