Robert is an excellent technician! He is timely and efficient. This guy should be teaching and training new technicians. He's a true professional and expert and knew exactly what my appliance needed. Diagnostics took only a few minutes. Once he had the part he needed, everything else went smoothly. Thank you Robert.
