Frank figured out the problem and got my oven going again. My only suggestion is to give more frequent updates on time of arrival. The website indicated 10:40 am and actual arrival was a few hrs later.

Thank you to Roman who was able to fix our microwave. It took just shy of two months. But, parts availability has been an issue. It is an older microwave. We are just very happy it is now fixed.

I know things are changing for Sears home warranty, not for the better, but at least I can say that their technicians are smoking the best. They show up on time, get the job completed, very respectful, and knowledgeable. I hope I can find as well qualified technicians when we seek a new home warranty company.
