Good service from Scott
Technician was great. Came a long way to fix oven. Renter was supposed to be there but had to leave as the arrival time reported had passed and so renter had to leave for work. Scott called me and I called renter who arrived 10 minutes later. Repair was quick and paid bill online. My biggest and significant complaint is that it is so very frustrating trying to contact a live person with Sears Home Services. I had some special circumstances and tried over and over to get in touch with a live representative. Because if that, I most likely would not use them again. Not because of service at the house but because of the lack of personal contact. I'm am so frustrated with corporate online rigamaroll. It should be an option to use online or phone contact with a customer service rep. The automated system just moved you from one automated line to another with no go back button and then hangs up. After trying every option I finally got a live person in India. She was helpful but by the time I was connected to her, my stack was blown.

Even though he wasn't able to be here between 8 am and 5 pm as stated , he did call and said he would be here by 5:30 and was very polite and he did a excellent job.
