The service scheduling was HORRIBLE. My oven was supposed to be fixed between 8am and 5pm...it was fixed at 10pm. You should have narrow service windows and not have a 10pm installation. Robert was great! You should have workers installing parts at 10pm!!!

Ray was very friendly and diagnosed the problem by asking a series of questions and then testing out the unit. Turns out, our unit worked fine and we learned how to prevent future problems. Ray is the man!

Samsung needs to coordinate the service calls so the parts are at the customer BEFORE the technician arrives at the house, not after. I had to make multiple attempts to have my new range fixed.
