Casey and Nate had to go above and beyond to get this oven/micro back in service. The replaced the worn part and had to further adjust switches to get the system running. Then they strengthened the wood supports to try and ensure the oven was correctly supported. Tough job done right!

David was exceptional. He was courteous and respectful ensuring that there was no damage to our home or property. The repair was completed in a reasonable time even after the first post-repair test failed. David quickly spotted the problem (a wire had come off) and fixed it without further delay. It was lucky having another technician with David since it was much easier to get the microwave oven in and out of the cabinet with two people. I would be happy to recommend David for future repairs, but customers don't really get a choice. I can and do recommend Sears Appliance Service for any appliance repairs needed.

Andy came to my house. He is a likeable guy who got right down to business. I told him I knew that the ignitor in my oven was gone and that I had the part to fix it. He gave me a price to install and had the work done in a Half-Hour. I only put in the order yesterday and my oven is fixed today. Quickest service I ever got for an appliance repair. I will use them again. Thanks to Sears and Andy for such great service.
