Oven repair
Toby was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the issue with my oven. He fixed the issue quickly and explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He is great! I will recommend him to others when they have appliance issues that need repaired.

I give Vicente 5 stars. Vicente was fantastic. He was very professional and he did a great job. Vicente had to come back to my house to make repair because I was not at home. I am glad he did that because the repair got done. It took forever for part to come in. We had to keep rescheduling for 3 months.

Mr. Antonio came to examine our oven, and retested the outcomes we reported. Found an anomaly we hadn't recognized, and sought various solutions to the issue, realizing the problem wasn't what we had thought. He was polite, and explained things well, so we could understand.
