Jeff was thorough even though he wasn't able to fix it. The oven was so old he couldn't get parts for it. When I replace it I would be happy to use him for any repairs I might need in the future.

I just moved into a new condo and have a gas stove I am a baker and have never used gas before The technician was knowledgeable and knew what he thought was wrong got the part and installed it plus gave me advice on cooking with gas

Michael was very professional in doing the repair. Additionally we had a conversation about retail experiences we have both had so was like talking to an old friend while he worked, this was great. I will only use Sears Home Services for any appliance repair in the future and will definately recommend you a well.
