Service replacement
Very knowledgeable on replacement of oven glass, service guy took extra time to clean oven glass! I would like to have him every time for my service. Hopefully nothing else breaks but I will rate serve guy a 10 Great Job 👏🏻

Bobby was not the technician that serviced our microwave; Brent was. He did a very good job. The software you use to communicate with your customers is terrible. I had to text Brent to understand what was going on with my appointments.

Rubin was here to replace an ingnitor in our built in wall oven. He discovered that the wire connection in the oven was too short to properly install the ingnitor. He took the entire oven out and took the back off and replaced the faulty wire with a new one. He put the entire oven back together and installed it back in to the cutout for the oven. This was not an easy job, but he handle it. The oven works fine now. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure there would be no future problems with the wiring.
