Aside from what I believe to be a management/corporate generated text in the AM stating that Dillon would arrive approximately 9:45, and in reality didn't arrive until after 3:00, I have no complaints. I checked the status on line so realized he would arrive later than expected, but would have planned my day differently had I known his ETA sooner. As far as his visit, he was very professional, careful with the replacement door and installed it without a problem. He met all my expectations and was GREAT. I have to wonder if leaving the actual logistics of scheduling to the techs might be advantageous to your company, the client, and the tech! You hire good people. Now allow them too do the job to the best of their ability and accommodate all. BTW I clicked FIVE stars, but it keeps backing o to 3 - 4. My score is 5!
