Oven repair
Mr Joseph was on time, pleasant and efficient. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to correct my problem. He was a very nice and respectful repairman. He was also very patient with the time I needed to get down the steps to answer the door, due to surgery.

Paul was very professional & pleasant. Asked lots of questions about what exactly the oven was doing or not doing. He decided it was not the oven problem but circuit breaker. So we will check that.

He was patient after many visits over 3 months and finally helped get the record straight when Sears did not want to honor a protection agreement. Rolando went out of his way. And finally called the right source. To resolve. Still. Waiting for good outcome. Hope it works. Sears protection agreement tries to prevent customer from getting proper coverage. It has taken. 5 months and hopefully the last visit will help get much needed replacement OVEN.
